Objectives

By the end of this coaching work you will:

  • Test your cognition as a baseline

  • Implement the lifestyle elements of the Bredesen Protocol (B7)

  • Prioritise your efforts

  • Make small, sustainable changes to your lifestyle

  • Use resources to help you along the way

  • Gain support from the group

  • Retest your cognition to see how far you’ve come

What will you get?
  • 1x 90 min personal session

  • 12x 90 min group coaching sessions

  • Free copy of “What did I come in here for again? How I improved my brain health and memory with the Bredesen Protocol®” book

  • Free on-going access to “Improve Your Brain Health and Memory” online course

  • 3x 20 min one-to-one coaching sessions to discuss any specific personal needs 

  • Ongoing membership of FaceBook or WhatsApp groups to keep in contact with your coaching buddies

What will it be like? 
  • Get to know others in your situation and feel the support of a like-minded group, working to achieve improvement in cognitive health

  • Have the opportunity to share wins and challenges, add value to the group with tips that have worked for you.

  • Apply stress reducing relaxation and grounding techniques

  • Gain real connection through small group activities and discussions

  • Prioritise what you want to work on as a group, you will be self-directing, in control of your own sessions

  • Set your own goals but share with others for a sense of accountability

What will it cost?

  • £1000 paid up front or £175 per month by standing order
